Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free gives a workspace unlimited dashboards, one data source and up to 5 members, with no credit card required. Upgrade the workspace when it needs to connect more data or people.
Is a plan per person or per workspace?
Per workspace. Billing belongs to the workspace and its owner manages it, so each company or group you set up has its own plan, and every new workspace starts on Free.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
How many data sources and members a workspace can have: 1 data source and up to 5 members on Free, 5 data sources and up to 25 members on Pro. Pending invites count as members. Everything else is the same on both, from members' roles to per-dashboard sharing, Activity and unlimited dashboards.
What does Enterprise add?
The Agent Team: agents that answer questions from your connected data, propose Shopify price changes for you to approve, and can have a company subdomain of their own. We also build and run Managed Dashboards and data pipelines for you (typically Looker Studio over BigQuery), connect as many data sources and members as you need, and set up SSO on request. Every engagement is scoped to your data and goals, so we quote it after a short conversation.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. A workspace's owner upgrades it from Free on its Billing page, and manages payment details or downgrades it to Free there too. To move to Enterprise, contact us.
