Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free gives you one workspace, up to 3 dashboards and 2 members with on-demand refresh — no credit card required. Upgrade any time as you grow.
Can I try Pro or Team before paying?
Yes — Pro and Team start with a free trial. You can start a trial directly from sign-up and add billing details when you're ready.
How does annual billing work?
Pro is $29/month or $290/year billed annually — roughly two months free versus paying monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual from your workspace settings.
What counts as a member?
A member is any user you Invite into a Workspace with an owner, admin or member role. Per-dashboard Shares to people outside the workspace don't count toward your member limit.
How much does a custom build cost?
Every build is scoped to your data and goals, so we quote per engagement after a short conversation. A custom build covers design, custom data storage and pipelines (typically Looker Studio over BigQuery), live charts, hosting and ongoing management — and SSO or a security review on request.
Do I have to buy a plan to get a custom dashboard?
No. A custom build and the self-serve plans are separate. Request a dashboard and we'll scope it; the Free, Pro and Team plans are just for bringing your own dashboards into the hub yourself.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your workspace billing settings at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
