Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free gives a workspace unlimited dashboards, one data source and up to 5 members, with agents on Gemini 3.5 Flash-Lite, and no credit card required. Upgrade the workspace when it needs to connect more data or people.
How do free credits work?
Each person with a confirmed email gets 100 free credits a month. They cover your Personal workspace and the first 2 free workspaces you own, and everyone in those workspaces draws on the same 100: making more workspaces or inviting more people never adds credits. A workspace beyond those has no free credits; Starter gives it 60 of its own for $1 a month.
What is a credit?
One credit is one cent of agent use: each question costs what its model, searches and tools cost to run, so lighter models stretch your credits further. Paid plans can buy 2,000 more credits for $20.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. The owner moves a workspace between Starter, Team and Pro on its Billing page, prorated: a move up is charged now for the rest of the period, a move down is credited on the next invoice. Nothing is deleted when a plan gets smaller: members and data sources over its limits stay (no new ones can be added), and alerts over its limit pause until there's room again.
Who can change the plan?
Only the workspace's owner. Admins and members can view the billing status, but cannot upgrade, downgrade or open the payment portal.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Cancel anytime through the self-serve billing portal on your Billing page. Paid features remain active through the end of the paid billing period.

Enterprise is our done-for-you tier: we build custom Managed Dashboards and data pipelines on your data, host and manage them, and configure the Agent Team to answer questions from your data with custom price changes and dedicated subdomains. Talk to us and we'll scope a proposal.
